- Must be open for access by everyone
- May disallow object creation
- Must disallow object entry
- May be built on as long as structures do not impede access
- Call landlord beforehand if planning to use breedables.

TERMINATION
On termination, all your rights to the land are immediately revoked and all objects
you own returned to you. You can be terminated for the following reasons..
- Failure to pay tier when due, if the balance on your meter is less than the full amount due.
- Refusal to pay changed tier amounts at the beginning of any contract renewal period.
- We are not responsible for any tier fees paid after termination.
- One to two attempts to notify you on expire will be made but not guaranteed.
